§ 50. Mr. Talbotasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware that 228W Wombourn Parish Council has requested the creation of a pedestrian crossing at the junction of Ounsdale Road and School Road, Wombourn, Staffordshire; and whether he will take steps to give effect to the council's wish.
§ Mr. MarplesThe Staffordshire County Council, which is the responsible highway authority, has decided that a crossing is not justified at this junction. I see no reason to interfere with its decision.
