§ Mr. HoggThe Kent Local Education Authority's figures show that post-war school places in Rochester and Chatham provided for about 65 per cent. of the 181W maintained primary, and 77 per cent. of the maintained secondary school population in January, 1963. Since this date over 800 further new places have been completed.
