§ Mr. Priorasked the Minister of Transport what instructions he gives to his agents on the rebuilding of bus shelters where these have to be removed on account of trunk road improvements.
§ Mr. MarplesThe provision of a bus shelter on a trunk road needs my consent as highway authority. Where consent is given, it is conditional upon the provider of the bus shelter accepting responsibility for its removal and re-erection in the circumstances referred to. My agent authorities are instructed accordingly.
