Dr. Bennettasked the Minister of Tranport whether, in view of the delay in the authorisation of the Fareham section of the Southern Trunk Road, he will now act to permit traffic to join A.27 from side roads by authorising the installation of traffic signals at the junctions of Portland Street, Osborn Road, Trinity Street and Grove Road with West Street, Fare-ham, and at Porchester crossroads.
