§ Mr. Tom FraserThe preparation of this scheme is in a preliminary stage. I hope to publish a draft Order under Section 7 of the Highways Act, 1959, by about the middle of next year with a view to fixing the line of the road. Work will start when the statutory processes, detailed design and acquisition of land have been completed.
