asked the Parliamentary Secretary for Science why the Atomic Energy Authority refused to nominate anyone to appear on the British Broadcasting Corporation programme, Panorama, to reply to the criticisms made by Captain Atkins regarding the reliability of the selected reactors for marine propulsion.
