§ Mr. CorfieldMy right hon. Friend has decided to dismiss the appeal by Sandown Park Limited against the refusal of permission to develop the racecourse. I am sending my hon. Friend copies of the official decision and of the inspector's report, which are being issued today and which explain the reasons for the decision.
