§ 23. Mr. Sorensenasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will take steps to enable the prospective new amalgamated boroughs in Greater London to have optional powers for the prevention of excessive rents for domestic property for sitting tenants together with powers to prevent eviction by landlords subsequent to any complaint of excessive rent.
