§ Mr. GalbraithOur policy on central reserve barriers on motorways was stated in reply to a Question by my hon. Friend the Member for Bromsgrove (Mr. Dance) on Wednesday, 27th November. The present width of motorway central reserves would not permit the effective use ofRosa multiflora japonica.
