§ 82. Mr. Grimondasked the Lord Privy Seal to what extent Her Majesty's Government regard the Tripartite Declaration on the integrity of Israel's frontiers as being in force; and which countries affected have announced that they do not want it to apply to them.
§ Mr. HeathThe Tripartite Declaration of 1950 was intended to express the policy of the three Governments at that time. It has not been retracted. Her Majesty's Government for their part remain concerned, as members of the United Nations, with the maintenance of104W peace and stability in the area. The Declaration applied only to the three Governments who made it.
