Robinsonasked the Minister of Health what response he has had from hospital authorities to his request that they should review their procedures designed to obviate surgical operations on the wrong patient or on the wrong part of the body; if he is aware that such accidents appear to have increased during the last year for which figures are available; and what further action he proposes to take.
