asked the Minister of Labour how many persons were registered as unemployed at employment exchanges in Falmouth and Camborne-Redruth, respectively, at each monthly count since December, 1961; and what percentages these were of the numbers of insured persons.

The chairman of a local employment committee is selected from a field of suitable candidates, which includes persons nominated by the British Employers' Confederation and the Trades Union Congress. The appointment is made after informal consultation with the employers' and workers' panels of the committee concerned.
