HC Deb 01 March 1962 vol 654 c170W
Mr. H. Clark

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will make available to the Northern Ireland Tourist Board the information obtained by the Central Office of Information sample survey of travellers between Northern Ireland and Great Britain.

Mr. R. A. Butler

The primary object of the sample survey to which I referred in the debates on the Commonwealth Immigrants Bill would be to obtain statistical information about the movements of people between the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom. But I will bear in mind my hon. Friend's suggestion.
