59. Mr. A. J. Irvine

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he will now make a statement on the subject of the law relating to the disability of members of local authorities from taking part in consideration of, or voting on, matters in which they have a pecuniary interest.
