asked the Minister of Transport if he will give his latest estimate of the completion dates of the Port Talbot by-pass, the Newport, Monmouthshire by-pass, and the Heads-of-the-Valleys Road, respectively; and if he will make a statement.

I hope that all these schemes will be completed by the end of 1965.
