asked the Parliamentary Secretary for Science what advice he has now received from the Advisory Council on Scientific Research about the Report of the ad hoc Committee of the Royal Society on biological research; how far the recommendations of that Committee are accepted; what steps are being taken to implement them; and what is the estimated cost of doing so.
