§ Mr. ErrollI regret to say that further difficulties have arisen over the purchase of the site. I am still hoping that it will be possible to reach agreement with the vendors in the near future, but if not I shall have to consider what other steps can be taken to enable the necessary land to be acquired without undue delay.
