§ The Prime MinisterYes. As announced in Rome this morning, His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh has accepted an invitation to become Patron of the National Campaign. The right hon. Gentleman the Leader of the Opposition and the hon. Member for Orkney and Zetland (Mr. Grimond) have agreed to join me in becoming Vice-Patrons. As already announced by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food on 6th February, my noble Friend Lord de la122W Warr has accepted an invitation to be Chairman of the Council. The names of other Vice-Patrons, Officers and Members of the Council will be announced later.
