§ 13. Mr. Loughlinasked the Minister of Aviation what steps are taken to en sure that the interests of individual pilots are safeguarded when licences to fly are withdrawn or refused on re-application on medical grounds.
§ Mr. RipponAn applicant refused a pilot's licence on medical grounds may ask for his case to be reconsidered and may submit medical opinion in his support. Such cases are reviewed by the Ministry's medical advisers and if necessary the applicant is invited before an aviation medical board.
