§ Mr. ThorneycroftYes. I have invited Professor D. T. Jack, C.B.E., J.P., David Dale Professor of Economics,162W University of Durham, to become Chairman of the Air Transport Licensing Board, and I am very glad to say that he has accepted. He will begin work in his post on 1st April.
