§ Mr. GodberIt has not been definitely established that attacks have been made on Angola from the territory of the Congo. In our view it should be one of the chief concerns of the United Nations sub-committee on Angola to ascertain 39W the true position in such matters. The United Nations authorities are, in any case, fully alive to the importance of preventing armed incursions into Angola from the Congo.
