asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will issue instructions for free copies of the Public General Acts to be promulgated to rural and urban district councils, as is now done for borough and county councils.

No. I regret thai the expense of sending free copies of all statutes to urban and rural district councils would not be justified.
