§ 70. Sir W. Bromley-Davenportasked the Lord Privy Seal whether he will propose that those countries which have defaulted in their contributions to the United Nations Organisation should be charged interest thereon.
§ Mr. HeathI fear that a proposal to this purpose would not command sufficient votes in the General Assembly to be adopted.
