46. Mr. Swingler

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs, since his proposals for dealing with the immediate problem of Birmingham's overspill do not include the development of Swynnerton, if he will now consult the local authorities concerned and the President of the Board of Trade about the development of the site of the former Royal Ordnance factory for the expansion of employment and housing in North Staffordshire.
