§ Mr. GodberI am aware that there has been some increase in the number of hares over the last two years; if there218W is agreement between all the interested parties on the desirability of amending the Act my right hon. Friend would be prepared to consider their proposals, together with my right hon. Friend, the Home Secretary, but we should have to be convinced of the need for such amendment.
