Dr. Johnsonasked the Minister of Health if he is aware of the dissatisfaction of opticians at the reduced dispensing fee payable for lenses supplied through the National Health Service but fitted to frames which are not so supplied; and, in view of the increasing dernand for such frames, what steps he is taking to remedy this problem.
