§ Mr. SoamesAs my hon. Friend was promised on 29th November, the arrangements for disseminating information about outbreaks of foot-and-mouth disease have been examined. While I shall certainly not relax our efforts to achieve maximum publicity, I do not think we could justifiably ask more of the radio and television authorities, and of the Press. I am most grateful for the valuable help they have given us.
