§ Mr. MarplesI have recently approved in principle the proposals of the Westminster City Council to extend the use of44W parking meters throughout the remainder of Mayfair. The Boroughs of Holborn and Woolwich have also applied for parking meter schemes in parts of their areas, and I understand that other London Boroughs are at present considering similar schemes.
