§ Mr. MarplesThe progressive introduction of comprehensive parking control schemes on the streets is giving the right incentive to the responsible local authorities and also private enterprise. Projects for garages in Audley Square and Finsbury Square are already well advanced and other are being planned. I will keep the House informed as fresh projects are put in hand.
