Mr. Warbeyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in view of the urgency of ending nuclear weapon tests in the light of the new data on fall-out made available by Government authorities in the United States of America, he will put forward fresh proposals designed to hasten the conclusion of an agreement at the Geneva Conference.
§ Mr. R. AllanIt is the aim of Her Majesty's Government to obtain as soon as practicable a workable agreement for ending nuclear weapon tests under effective international control. Meanwhile no nuclear tests are taking place.
