§ Mr. MaclayLord Reid has been good enough to accept appointment as Chairman of a Committee with the following terms of reference
To consider the case for introducing registration of title to land in Scotland, and, if necessary, the method by which such registration might be effected, and to report.I hope to announce very soon the names of the other members of the Committee.
