§ Mr. MaclayMessrs. David MacBrayne Ltd. inform me that livestock movements to and from Raasay are now being handled by a weekly call by cargo ship, and that additional cargo calls can be made if prior notification is given. These arrangements are similar to those that apply elsewhere and they should 169W provide a satisfactory service. Messrs. MacBrayne have, however, undertaken to review the position in the autumn and to make a report to the Advisory Panel on the Highlands and Islands.
