Mr. Brockwayasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what arrangements are being made for representatives of the Cypriot people, including the Turkish minority, to consider the recommendations of the Foreign Ministers of Greece and Turkey regarding the future of Cyprus; and if he will invite Archbishop Makarios to return to Cyprus to participate in these discussions.
