Mr. Lewis

asked the Minister of Labour the number of workers in the County Borough of West Ham who were wholly unemployed and temporarily stopped, on a convenient stated date in the middle of January, for each of the years from 1951 to 1959, respectively, together with the number of reported vacancies on those dates.
