§ 72. Mr. Skeffingtonasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation whether he will amplify the recent letter of the Joint Parliamentary Secretary of his Department to the London Airport Standing Consultative Committee about noise created by aircraft so as to make clear the extent to which further reduction in noise can be expected.
