§ Mr. Malcolm MacMillanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations he has received this year from the county council of Inverness or the Highlands and Islands Advisory Panel about the need for a road at Kyles Flodda in the Outer Hebrides; what has been his reply to those representations; and if he will state the estimated cost of this scheme.
