asked the Minister of Transport whether he has considered proposals to erect a Bailey Bridge for pedestrians stretching from London Bridge Station to Duke Street Hill; and if he will make a statement.

This suggestion is being considered by the London Travel Committee and I expect to have their advice shortly.
