asked the Lord Advocate whether he will direct the Procurator Fiscal to reopen the case of Mr. Malcolm Macdonald, of Lewis, who, in December, 1958, was charged with an assault upon Mr. Murdo Mackay, also of Lewis, but against whom no further proceedings were taken.
