§ Mr. AlportMr. Sandford is not in receipt of retired pay, but receives a 157W compassionate allowance. This compassionate allowance is not within the scope of the Pensions Increase Warrants, but it has, nevertheless, been increased to the same extent as if those warrants had applied to it.
