§ Mr. NichollsRecords show that the atmospheric temperature of the Chamber on the day in question, having been 67.5°F. at 3 p.m., was 69.5°F. at 4 p.m. and 70°F. at 5 p.m., returning to 68°F. at 6 p.m.
