§ 64 and 65. Mr. Zilliacusasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (1) whether he will propose to the United States Administration that aeroplanes used to provision British as well as United States forces in Berlin should fly at heights of 10,000 feet or lower;
(2) what official communications have passed between him and the United States 82W Administration on the subject of aircraft flying to Berlin at heights of over 10,000 feet.
