§ 65. Mr. Langford-Holtasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty why lot 7, representing 117 tons 10 cwt. of bronze propellers, was withdrawn from a recent sale of Admiralty surplus; and when it is intended to offer this lot by public auction or public tender.
§ Mr. AllanAfter the invitations to tender were issued on 31st March, 1958, it was found that seven bronze propellers weighing approximately 117½ tons had been inadvertently included as lot 7 when, 45W in fact, they had already been sold in November, 1957. I regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
