§ Mr. WatkinsonAs my hon. Friend will be aware, there is already a "Slow—Major Road Ahead "sign on Summerhill Road. Additional carriageway markings have recently been put down, and a central refuge is being provided. I have told the local highway authority that I should prefer to study the effects of these measures before deciding whether a "Halt" sign would be justified.
