§ Mr. Ian HarveyHer Majesty's Government believe that it is mainly for the interested voluntary organisations to organise the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They are, however, supplementing the efforts of the voluntary organisations in an appropriate manner.
