§ Mr. Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is now in a position to give the results of the investigations conducted by the Bonn Government since July, 1957, into the allegations that, contrary to the Potsdam Agreement, about 200 persons are now employed in West Germany either as judges or public prosecutors who were personally concerned as judges in the infliction of death and other heavy sentences for offences against the Nuremberg and other Nazi laws; and whether he will make a statement.
