asked the President of the Board of Trade how long a factory on the North Tees Trading Estate has been empty; and what efforts are being made to find another tenant.

Since the 1st July last. The Board of Trade's Regional Controllers are all aware of the vacancy and are using their best endeavours to find a suitable tenant.
