§ 89. Mr. Chichester-Clark
asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what economic questions he has referred to the Commonwealth Economic Committee in the last two years.
§ Mr. Lennox-Boyd
The Colonial Office frequently refers to the Commonwealth Economic Committee for information on economic matters but a central record is not kept of all these inquiries.
Colonial Governments can and do deal direct with the Committee as well as through the Colonial Office on subjects of interest to them, in addition to receiving all the Committee's economic reports and publications.
