Mr. Peelasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether, in view of the confusion which still exists in certain quarters as to the flags which should properly be flown over town halls in England and Wales, he will now issue appropriate advice to local authorities on this matter.
