Mr. Swinglerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will speed up the issue of loan sanction for road and sewerage works south of Albemarle Road, Cross Heath, in the Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme, as development of this site is urgently required for the Council's slum clearance scheme.
