Dr. D. Johnson

asked the Secretary of State for Air if he will supply details of the agreement between his Department and the trade unions under which merit pay may be awarded to civilian staffed Royal Air Force units.

There is no formal agreement but the scheme is operated in close association with the recognised trade unions concerned.
